Q. cancellation policy

A.  Cancel 30 days prior to check in for a full refund. Cancel up to 7 days before check in and get a 50% refund (minus service fees). Cancel within 7 days of your trip and the reservation is non-refundable. Service fees are refunded when cancellation happens before check in and within 48 hours of booking.

Q. Can we bring our baby, s/he sleeps through the night?

A.  Unfortunately we are unable to host children under the age of 5, including babies. The primary reason we have this rule in place is because of noise levels. We tried to insulate as well as we could but somehow it wasn't enough and you can sometimes hear loud noises from the unit next door. Especially babies - as we experienced it first hand when we stayed there with our newborn while our house was being remodeled.

 

Q. Can we bring our really well behaved pet?

A. We are unable to host guests with any kinds of pets, regardless of size. Thank you for your understanding.
